As a proud member of the Federal Association of Private Social Service Providers (bpa), Sernitas Care is part of a strong network that is fully committed to promoting the interests of private social service providers in Germany.

What is the bpa?

With over 14,000 member institutions, the Federal Association of Private Social Service Providers (bpa) is the largest interest group representing private social service providers in Germany. More than one in three care facilities and numerous integration, child and youth welfare institutions are organised within the bpa and make a systemically important contribution to public services.

As a reliable partner for politicians and administrators at federal, state and local level, the bpa represents the interests of a large part of the German care sector. It provides comprehensive support to its members – including in the areas of quality assurance, implementation of legal requirements, further education and training, remuneration negotiations and legal issues.
