SUPPORT & ASSISTANCE

Making everyday

life easier together

Sometimes it’s not just the big things that weigh you down – it’s the many little everyday tasks. When organisation, housework or simply feelings of loneliness become a challenge, we are there for you with compassion and time.

Our care and relief services offer exactly the support you need: going for walks, chatting, accompanying you to appointments or even helping with everyday tasks such as shopping or light housework. Making everyday life easier – for those in need of care and their relatives.

These services can be used by all those in need of care with a recognised care level and are financed by the relief amount in accordance with § 45b SGB XI. They serve to promote activity, social participation and noticeable relief for caring relatives.

The Sernitas Care team provides reliable, friendly support and a listening ear – so that home remains a place where you feel comfortable and cared for.
